I know how these things work, it's a black mark if anything isn't a 5, so we'll just mark it all that way.

Thanks for bringing such a neat and interactive little minigame to the game. It seemed to offer a lot of opportunity for people to interact around the drone duels, and I enjoyed having a fellow shopping district denizen to chat with!

I hope keeping up with the drone business remained fun the entire time, rather than a drag to keep track of. Any locations you didn't manage a thread at that you wish you'd managed? You were pretty prolific!

For a stint, Drone Dueling was half the RP activity on this place, which speaks plenty of how your concept managed to capture people's imaginations!

I wish I had more time to wholly engage with it, but after D6 I was full on with keeping up with the investigation!

It wasn't a drag to keep track of. For the most part, people were good about reporting duels that I wasn't there to watch. IF they didn't report them, well I don't feel bad for not updating them, the rules say you're supposed to report them. I did have to clear my inbox a couple times, darn 50 message cap.

At the start of the game, I really wanted to make sure I hit everyone's business at least once. They went to the trouble of building them, right? And then I wanted to hit everywhere on golden shotengai. And then mid-game I actually read the harborfront and was like Oh no, I want to support all these businesses too!

I hit all of the PC businesses except Steel Claw (I just couldn't think of anything fun to do since I'm not in to fleshcraft, sorry Steel Claw)

On golden shotengai I missed: Player station plus (Unless that's where fantasy fight tourney was), and Mechanauts.

I actually hit the whole harborfront, go me :)

Dinner would have been nice at Hanei Tower, but otherwise I'm pretty satisfied. (No Taraka does not have a reason to go into the jungle, stop asking...oh who am I kidding, no one asked XD)

It was a lot of fun talking shop with you, and long live the rebellion!

And I wish we could have found time to talk about the old magistrate and his squeaky brakes. But you had your hands full.

I'm glad drone dueling gave people a reason to roleplay with each other. That was a part of why I came up with it, I wanted people to have another reason to get together beyond the usual "Spar in the dojo." and "Dance in the club"

I really really want to thank you for lots of things in this game. You really made it better which isn't an easy thing for a player to do. The drone dueling competition was marvellous and our one and half scenes with political interest were soooo good.

See you in the first board meeting, partner! Or the next game to be precise :D

I enjoyed our scenes so much!

Drone dueling was such a terrific addition to the game.

Also, you set up such a strong frame of scenes on D12 to keep the energy going, and that meant a lot to me. Some pivotal scenes for Haruhi.

Would you partner up on parasol attachments for drones in the future? I felt like that could be a real thing. (And I checked the internet, and it actually is!)

Wow, our top PC poster! Taraka definitely added a lot to the game! And as a local, too, which was fun.

And the drones! Definitely a great inclusion.

As busy as you were, was there anything that you didn't manage to get to for Taraka? Something else you'd have liked for her to do?

Absolutely :D I really was impressed with your outpouring of creativity on drones. Mine are definitely much simpler things, meant for mass production, but you're pressing the boundaries of what we can accomplish with this universes's mix of tech and magic. If people thought mine were expensive, I can't wait to see what they think of yours. But as Taraka would say, premium product deserves a premium price.

1. Visit the stores I mentioned not getting to visit
2. Meet Daidoji Chitose
3. Actually modify Coin's Edge (I had intended to work on it daily, and never found the time to make the roll once)
4. Run the drone race proposed by Itsuka
5. More scenes with Itsuka to delve into their shared history.
6. Meet Yasuki Kaito, Yasuki Nagisa, and the other named NPCs I didn't meet.
7. More Edge of Darkness rebellion planning, and just more Edge of Darkness content in general.
8,. More scenes with your brothers.
9. More talk about the local baseball team.
10. More significant inclusion in a side plot. I don't want to go out and shoot cultists, but despite getting to talk to Atsuka on Day 0, and both the brothers, and Umiko, I didn't contribute in any meaningful way in their stories.
11. Be invited to more threads, I always wonder if people actually want to thread with me.
12. Bring more threads to /scene. Hitomi always tells me that I need to be more aggressive in pming people nudges, but I'm kinda like, 'Well, maybe they just didn't have anything else they wanted to add there.
13. More interactions with PCs in general. It's cool that I did get to meet almost everyone this time around, but there were quite a few that it was just a few words, and that's it. (Dog-bear literally posted once in my shop). I want to build memories with you all
14. More discussions about what the clans were actually planning to do when they won. C'mon people, wine and dine me for my influence :D
15. An actual romance, not just being flirted with by serial flirter Senshuken and married man Tetsu.

So, yes? :D

Regarding your response to Craw, I have to say that I would definetely rp more with you, but I don't have it within me to ask people for scenes.

In retrospective, I'm sad I didn't have the guts to go early for wheeling and dealing, being a new player and all. Didn't want to over some boundary I might not be aware it existed.

In particular, I'm pretty proud of this negotiation post I wrote when trying to bring Honoka on the Dragon fold.
Kitsuki Ichitaiyo wrote: Sat Nov 29, 2025 11:39 am Ichitaiyo sent a nod to Nagisa and Kanna, before turning towards Honoka to address her concerns. "Of course, Yasuki-sama." And she drew three folders, one far thicker than the others. From where? Who knew, she was full of surprises.

"The two small files contain the investment plans for the companies me and Tamori Kanna-sama represent, Swiftslates Corporation and Usagi-no-Yomogi Spa. In case of Swiftslates, we are preparing a logistical hub for our products, as a stepstone to Crab Space, with projections to create labor sources for the heimin population, an increment on spaceport traffic and trade as wealth passes down onto the population.

She slid forwards the Spa files. "And in the case of Usagi-no-Yogomi, it becomes the first step in turning Nakahama not just in a tourist location for the Crab, but a galactic level touristic stop, on the likes of the World of Dreams, as inter-clan investment pours. And that's needless to say to the expertise that academic-minded Crab samurai will find in cooperation with the alchemical-biological research plants that are planned to be installed as well to study Nakahama's flora and fauna, whose advancements will be wholly shared between our clans, sets the foundation to become more than a touristic hub, but a center of research and wonders."

And then, she slid forwards the third file. "Ever since I've arrived, I've managed to garner favor with the Office, and that has meant access to some files. In this case, I took to myself to gather copies of urbanistic plans, traffic data, and.. civilian concerns. And around those I have built a infrastructure plans that will become the roads upon Nakahama's wealth will flourish. This means expansions to the Spaceport, the Harbor, building inter-island bridges to connect the closest islands and reduce dependency on sea trafiic, and encourage local trade, an expansion of the coastal walkways to accommodate a larger touristic foot traffic, and to tie it all, a underground tram to connect Upper Nakahama and Lower Nakahama, so the Upper Nakahama hostelry business can intake the market of high status samurai tourists that do desire easy access to the beach, needless to say about the benefits that lowering the times spent traveling will provide to the gears of the economy provided by the heimin workers."

And then she set a hand over the other.

"Does this suffice, Yasuki-sama?"

That is a lovely and well thought out proposal. I wish I'd have received it in the early days of the game :D But I get it. As someone who stepped on all the rakes when they made AEG's official WC2 game their first online game, I get wanted to not be, as Sumie would say, "Totally Lame."

But honest assessment? You're a good player. Most of us are good players (No I won't say who isn't. Stop assuming it's you GB :P) Stick with us, reach out to us, and let's make memories in the future together.

If it helps, Akiro was actually sometimes flirting, just in a very stiff, reserved, passive, stick up his rear sort of way!

Ah Taraka, our greedy little carp business-woman. :D Enjoyed reading her scenes and happy with the scene we got together!

How did Taraka feel about all these clans descending upon her home with grand plans of their own? Was she worried about competition or anything bad happening to Nakahama?
