[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo returned fire in their newly started poke war, now on her collarbone. "As if you could resist me the walk there."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“I could!” That protest comes out surprisingly loud, the Kaiu’s face flushed with a little more than the alcohol in her system. “I can behave myself! I can… Behave…. uhhh… Well?”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"A-huh. Alright. Then consider this a Willpower Test." Ichitaiyo teased, nuzzling her nose behind Nagisa's ear before pushing onwards for some moments, deciding to distract things for a while.

"So, who did you drink for tonight?"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“My grandpa.” There’s a solemness to Nagisa that contrasts her earlier silly mood. “I hope… I hope he’s still proud of me.”

She pushes on, still trying to hold up the Kitsuki despite her own coordination being hampered by her own inebriation.

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

It was a three foot race, and both of them just had a single one available, trying to keep balance on each other, physically, now emotionally.

"You helped people survive a serial killer, help every Nakamanian with a tech problem with your genius, and you look pretty damn happy to me. What's not to proud of? I'm sure he's looking from above, feeling he did a great job with you."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

Leaning more and more into Ichitaiyo, Nagisa gently pats her cheek. “Yeah, I know all of that. I just can’t help myself…. Help myself… Uhhhh… Help from doubting myself.”

A sigh, “Oh, he would’ve liked you.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Oh man... two of us on the doubter barrel. I guess we'll have to support each other." Ichitaiyo mumbled, leaning onto the touch. "Love will.. be our cement.. or trunks.. a building we hold onto. Like.. a shed."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Heh… What? I think you’re waaaaay too drunk tonight. I mean, I am toooo.” Nagisa shakes her head, which was a mistake, as it makes her a tad bit dizzy. “Ugh… Almost took a tumble there.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo turned the page a little and inverted the support to help Nagisa up, propping her head under her arm

"Here here, let your twig girl hold you.." Ichitaiyo said, or rather, mumbled not so coherently. "See? The twig holds. And yeah, we are so going to hate ourselves tomorrow in the morning."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Thanks. Though, maybe you won’t be much of a twig after living here for a while.” Despite her dizziness, Nagisa is able to steady herself enough to poke Ichitaiyo’s cheek. “We batter and fry everything.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo winced at the first poke, but quickly riposted by giving a unerringly lecherous smile.

"But all I want to eat is you."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

Nagisa squints, looking up at Ichitaiyo with an amused smirk. “I mean, that would happen, too. But both gotta happen.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo barked a laugh, giving Nagisa a little peck in acknowledgement before asking. "I know my malnutritioned bony ass needs some meat on, but I wonder.. what's your preffered level of meat?"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

Oh. That’s not quite something Nagisa knew how to answer. Not the way to answer the question but the answer itself. “Huh. That’s… A good question.”

She steadies herself on her feet, patting Ichitaiyo for good measure. “Enough for me to not worry about you.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Fair. Fairrrr. Fairity fair." Ichitaiyo replied, before she glanced around their surroundings. When had they arrived to the streets? More importantly, "Where are we? I don't know.."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Residential area… I know where we are. Not much farther, now.” It’s a good thing that Nagisa was leading them the entire time or they might have gotten lost!

“Soon we will be back. I think the stairs might be the biggest challenge.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Pfft- easy. I'll piggyback carry you the way up." Ichitaiyo boasted, in one more of the series of bad ideas she has had thus far. "And then I'll regale you to a poem I made with help of a ghost!"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“No, you don’t have to do the piggyback thing.” She didn’t quite believe Ichitaiyo would come out unscathed from attempting such a feat. “Poem? Huh? What kind of poem?”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo riffled her pockets, looking for the ill-fated poem. Shiwahime was probably watching from the other side, snerking as the drunken creation was to be unveiled.

"The ghost said it was good, so it's gotta be good."

It was written on crab blue crayon, on what was clearly a children's book that had just been picked off the ground.

"I wish I could see me through your eyes
I'm a wet sad cat
Don't wanna make you more sad
You make my heart horny"

Oh kami, this is horrible.

“Heh…” Nagisa somehow is able to stifle a laugh. Drunken poetry like this is a classic Crab pastime, but the mechanic never expected it to ever be for her specifically. “That’s pretty good. You’re becoming more like a Crab with each… Passing moment!”

Another pause before a slight chuckle escapes. “Heh… You kind of are like a stray wet cat if you think about it.”
