[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo stumbled away from the now-dead celebrations. Monks were politely requesting visitors and revelers to leave, but there was so much they could do about those who had fallen under the sleep of alcohol, or in their drunkeness seemed far more bellicose than it what was worth interacting with.

So, joining the convoy of drunken revelrers, the Investigator drifted around looking for her car. Not that she could drive..

[Kaiu Nagisa]

Having finished firing off the fireworks earlier, Nagisa had made her way back to the shrine. One last look around as people disperse into the night. It doesn’t take long for her to spot one particular person. It’s like she has a sense for these things.

The Kaiu approaches Ichitaiyo, a still tipsy smile crossing her features. “Heeeeeey.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Huh- wha- Nagichaaaaan!" And Ichitaiyo opened her arms, a expression of puppylike joy coming up the so-often cool and measured Investigator.

"The.. wireforks. Fireforks.. Fireworks! They were cool! I didn't die!"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“You… You did reaaaally good.” The Crab draws close, allowing the Dragon to smell the mix of alcohol a d fireworks all over Nagisa. “Wanna head back to my place? We probably should walk…”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Not like Ichitaiyo smelled any different, just harder on the alcohol for not spending the whole day instead of just a little playing with pretty explosives.

"Yeah. Yush. Good. One question." And Ichitaiyo pulled out a keyring, apparently for a motorbike. "Are these real?"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

Nagisa squints at the keyring, tapping it with a finger. “They look real? You think… They’re like fake keys?”

It’s time to support Ichitaiyo, letting her hold herself up by wrapping her arm around her.

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"A ghost gave them to me, like, an hour ago, so like, I dunno if I was hallucinating or not." Ichitaiyo explained, leaning onto Nagisa.. not that she weighted much.

"Did you see any ghoooooosts?"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Eh? A ghost? Whoa… I haven’t seen any ghosts tonight…” She starts moving them both along. “That’s… Cool!”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo pocketed the key and mumbled. "Is from.. aw dang, I'm going to be a downer again if I tell. But she wouldn't want me down about it anyways.."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“You don’t have to tell if you don’t want to…” Nagisa rubs the shoulder she is holding up. “We should have a great rest of the night… I want to have such a good night!”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"You'know'wha'... Shur." Ichitaiyo agreed, dragging her feet a little. "How did yer festival go? Did you see me not blow up in fire?"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Yeah! I was impressed… I didn’t catch on fire too!” Nagisa uses her free hand to motion towards herself in a prideful way. “I was so excited to see you… You were impressive…”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo just.. felt like goo that moment, a cat being given chin scritches, as that earnest compliment soothed and healed her soul.

"Not possible without my dear brilliant Kaiu girl. Just two days and I'm just.. impressed."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Hah! Lay on those compliments.” Nagisa has enough of a filter left to not say what would happen if those compliments continued, as they were too explicit for all these drunkards around them.

“You should… You should try again next festival you’re around for. I’ll… I’ll make you a hanten like mine! They don’t catch fire.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Will you make it fire green because Dragon?" The adled Investigator asked out loud, stumbling onto a pebble on the process.

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Hanten for fireworks traditionally come in blue…” Nagisa motions towards the jacket she is wearing. “But I can make it green for you.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

"Aww. Maybe we can. Just take a boat to some island, camp there, and blow fireworks for the same of it. Make it experimental. Make it us. Be away from Nakahama." Ichitaiyo pondered in idle ambition. "Think of it as.. explosive experiments as a date."

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“I gotta… Get a license first.” The Crab leans in a little closer, her voice lowering to just above a whisper. “I think we might get a liiiiiittle distracted all alone out there, though.”

The drunken Kaiu stifles a laugh as she pulls back. “I’m distracted now, even.”

[Kitsuki Ichitaiyo]

Ichitaiyo barked an attention catching laugh poked Nagisa's chest. "The distraction is half the fun!"

"Ohh.. can't wait 'till we get home, Dear?"

[Kaiu Nagisa]

“Someone, not mentioning… Who… Someone! Put some very nice mental images in my mind that had me distracted alllll day!” Nagisa returns the poke, though it hits her stomach and not her chest.

“Thankfully my apartment is in this part of town!”
