D2 EM Streets Open - Morning Run, Now with Less Rain

[Shinjo Suh-Hyun]

Another day, another chance to see the city. This time the Shinjo would run a route through the higher end of the island. The city scape was certainly impressive, charming even. As before she tried to stick to the commercial districts and make note of the stores throughout. A few actually caught her fancy as places to stop while not on official business.

A part of her brain, the void born part, was grumbling about damn atmospheric techs messing up the station's humidity levels. That thought brought a soft chuckle, complaining about it here was probably as effective as on Shinjo's Grace.

[Otomo Koroshi]

A kaleidoscope of purple and green descended upon the city with silvery wings. Literally. Koroshi had attached small, but not unobtrusive, silver wings to the back of his tye-dye running set. He had also had the presence of mind to pick the largest set of bunny ears he owned, white with red tips, and carefully strap the headband under his hair and through holes he had prepared in the hood of his jogger.

Purple and green camouflage hoodie and sweatpants, bunny ears, wings, and shoes that lit up with little lights in blue and red the Otomo was ready to pound the pavement!

He jogged at a breakneck and entirely unsafe pace.

[Moto Shiwahime]

Following the living fashion satement that was Koroshi was Shiwahime. Unlike the Otomo, however, she wore her regular track top and shorts.

She managed to somehow get bunny ears along the way.

Her strides were powerful and purposeful.

Suh-Hyun had seen many strange things, this wasn't close to the strangest. But it was in the top ten. She caught up it with relative ease, though it was faster then her preferred past, in her much saner arrangement of shorts and shirt.

"You'll tire yourself out going full speed like this." She nodded slowly, her voice clipped by the controlled breathing. Glancing over her shoulder she saw the Moto coming up, "Morning Moto-san!"

[Moto Shiwahime]

''Mornin' Shinjosama'' she replied quickly, gaining on them ''He's got the fire! TO THE LIMIT!''

Her eyes blazed with the need for speed

[Otomo Koroshi]

"Must...go...FASTER!" Koroshi shouted willing his legs to move faster. He was a professional dancer, and thus was not out of shape. But there was an obvious difference between ballet and sprinting, and that difference was staining his chest and back with sweat.

"Otomo...Koroshi...pleased...to make...your acquaintance!" He yelled between heavy shuddering breaths.

[Shinjo Suh-Hyun]

"Shinjo Suh-Hyun, Test Pilot, Unicorn Navy," She replied back, keeping pace for the moment, "Are you working on your sprinting?" Her own breathing was picking up as they ran. Her glance back at the Moto, also served to direct the question back to her as well.

She was holding up well, but the pace was probably not sustainable for an extended period. But she was curious now...and if something happened it would be best if there were more than one around.

[Moto Shiwahime]

"Speed and endurance!" The Moto replied as means if confirmation and certain that this was indeed what they were doing.

She supposed they would take a break when their legs would give out from under them

[Otomo Koroshi]

Koroshi ran head-long into a sign with a crash. He had been turning his neck to speak to the Unicorn but had not slowed down or been looking where he was going. There was a crash and he ended up in a heap of limbs and bunny ears.

He looked stunned to be on the ground suddenly and put a hand to his face and another to his chest where he had contacted the pole. "Ow?"

"Have I passed into Yomi?" He mumbled to the sky with one eye going one direction and the other swirling the other direction. "Pretty lights."

[Shinjo Suh-Hyun]

"Aren't much use without control," Suh-Hyun muttered as the Otomo crashed. She slowed to a stop, his near immediate responsiveness meant he wasn't in horrible shape. Well until she noticed his eyes bugging out.

"Moto-san," The Shinjo dropped to one knee next to the Otomo, "My apologies Otomo-sama, but you need to lie still a moment." She placed a hand on his shoulder and began to check for signs of bleeding, bruising, or other things which might denote a serious head injury. "Keep your head and neck still please while we look over you. That was a hard hit and if broke anything in your neck, head, or spine movement could cause further damage."

"Moto-san would please check him as well. We may need to call emergency services."

[Moto Shiwahime]

Shiwahime dismissed the concern playfully as she slowed down

''Nah, he's made of though stuff.''

She snapped her fingers in front of the Otomo's face

''You are not in Yomi yet Koroshi but you are getting getting dirt on your fancy suit''

[Otomo Koroshi]

"My suit!" He cried patting himself down suddenly. His eyes focused back on the Shinjo and he smiled after a couple of heartbeats.

"Sorry Shinjo-san. You look really cute when you are worried, you know that?" Koroshi then shut his eyes and put a hand to his forehead.

"Ahhhh....damn that hurt. I am fine. No need to call anyone when I can heal myself."

[Shinjo Suh-Hyun]

The Shinjo was not amused and pulled back her hand. She resisted the urge to pinch the bridge of her nose and instead just continued the first aid, "Can you stand or do you feel dizzy?"

Suspecting she knew the answer already, Suh-Hyun stood up, but stayed nearby to offer aid if the Otomo needed it to get up.

''See?'' Shiwahime said in a told you so tone ''This guy is more then he appears...and he can heal!''
