Just making sure, the following effect also works on rolls with no stated emphasis? E.g. Commerce/Perception with no emphasis, but I can treat it as if I had it? Or does just provide an emphasis which I Don't have but the roll lists it? E.g. buying Commerce (appraisal)/Perception in Buying?

1. Yes to Bayushi Tech 1
2. Yes to Bayushi Tech 1 (They can't keep getting away with this!). Only a singular 1 Free Raise, however.

Consider the events as an instance of its own logic and rules, kind of. No unwritten loopholes.

Do you mean in the context that if you finish the Build action, can the Free Raise (functional as a traditional Free Raise) go towards the Buying and Market action, not just Selling action?

I think the confusion comes from there being 4 actions you can choose from, as well as being able to perform actions 4 times. So you could do each of the 4 actions once, or 1 of the actions 4 times, or any combination adding up to 4.

No, it just means that you convert Value Points into Coin Points at a 1 to 1 exchange.
