[Hiruma Akito]

Same-kun couldn't hug back, but he was still satisfying to hug.

Akito grinned as Suh-Hyun's eyes met his, clearly happy to see her spirits improving. Being sad was valid, of course, but he wanted to make her happy. "We'll have to compare sometime. Crab bands have a lot of drum, Unicorn bands, well..." he smiled, "you'll just have to show me." An entirely unrepentant grin was her answer as she indicated the shorts.

And so Akito waited, patiently. Well, more or less. He sat with the shark plushie, mentally composing conversations. To his parents, to his brother... maybe his brother could write to the Nakodo for him.

When Suh-Hyun came out, Akito had stripped down to (plain) undershirt and boxers himself. He sat up, grinning, his gaze traveling down and back up the length of Suh-Hyun's form. It took a while. "Damn," He breathed, smiling playfully at her. "You really do make a good entrance, Suh-Hyun." Yeah, he could get used to seeing that every day...

He shifted, making space between him and the shark plushie. "It just so happens that I've got some Starlight Miko Crusaders episodes. Join me..." he smirked, "-Horse General?"

Suh-Hyun blushed at that, "Seems this one managed to steal a heart. And the Shinjo is the villainess this time. So I am afraid there is no escape." She made a pair of finger guns, imitating their first meeting.

Moving to join Akito, Suh-Hyun slide in beside him. She took up Same-san and scooted until her side pressed in Akito's. "I can see why some choose to live their lives on one planet." She let her head come to rest on his shoulder.

"I miss the stars. But I'll miss you as much I think." She smiled wearily. "I was worried the gravity of the world would pull me down, but it's miniscule compared to the gravity of your thick head. Neutron Star-san." Her tone was somewhere between teasing and affectionate, with a hint of melancholy behind it.

Akito's eyes lit up at that blush. "It was a plot twist no one could see coming. Although I kinda got a feeling after we danced together at the club."

As he always did, Akito slid his arm around Suh-Hyun's waist; it felt quite natural there. "Yeah." He sighed pleasantly, helping her cuddle against his solid form. "But I've always felt this planet's a little too small for me, anyway."

He chuckled softly. "Besides, I'm trapped in your gravitational field too. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon enough, you're gonna pull me away from here. Something to keep in mind on your trip back home." It was goodbye, but not forever; his arm tightened around Suh-Hyun, giving her a pleasant squeeze.

Suh-Hyun laughed softly, "Stars weren't meant for the ground anyway." She squeezed the shark plushie a little tighter. "I hope aren't expecting me to climb up a table and jump off during the show."

As the night wore on, Akito would hear Suh-Hyun's breathing slow and feel more weight. Exhaustion finally claiming her as Horse and Vermilion Bird laughed in sync.
