<3. Sorry I didn't get Hitomi out to the garage after that one Day 0 scene. Nagisa is just a solid, grounded sort of character and perfect for this game. Thanks for the generally chill energy you bring to these, and the cutest romance of the game (at least in my opinion...not that there's a prize or anything).

Any plans to expand her shop as the Island's economy grows? Or will she aim to ignore the changes?

She might try and get a slightly bigger garage but she’s pretty happy with what she has now. But whatever comes her way, she wants her shop to remain in Upper Nakahama.

Were you actually worried Ichitaiyo was a doomed character that was gonna elad to Nagisa's heart breaking? Or did you always believe in the power of yuri to undoome her by the narrative?

Also dude share your arms routine and I'll share my abs routine we could RULE the beaches!

I wasn’t worried at all. I can play around with the banter and stuff, but actually thinking things were doomed isn’t really a me thing to do.

Arm routine: lift heavy things as part of your job.

Into the Nagisaverse!

Thanks for being among the sensible folks to keep Kanna grounded, and for winning that plush-shark for her!

In hindsight, is there anything you would have done differently with Nagisa? Made her more courtly, or more bushi?

I probably would have taken at least a rank of Heavy Weapons way sooner but I’m happy with her the way she was.

I kind of had a Hank Hill type in my mind’s eye when I made her so, this made a lot of sense to make her the way I did.

Two Nagisa enter, one Nagisa leaves, this is Nakahamadome!

It was great having a sensible character grounded in the island for folks to bounce off (much like a sports car bounces off a curb). And I'm thrilled she found a special someone, probably due to acronyms.

Do you think she'll ever travel off-planet (perhaps to hunt crime and keep an eye on another samurai)?

What is it about practical engine mechanics and the like that draws her attention of all the possible Kaiu Engineer options?

Any lasting effects from the Nagisanap?

Off planet travel is not off the table! But she’d need someone to watch the shop or something.

She used to fix up bikes and cars with her grandfather and that skillset transferred to military service as she was part of a crew that took care of military ground vehicles. Also it’s a grounded and very hands-on kind of career.

The kidnapping definitely… Put some need to feel like she’s actually in control of her life. I foresee a little bit of tension from keeping the feelings of powerlessness to herself.

I hope it is not too late, but I am so glad I decided to make Ichitaiyo wander into that open scene. I never expected such chemistry could just spark, and how things can just radically change for the characters by being wrong drunk at the right time. In ways, Nagisa was who saw Ichitaiyo at her widest, from being a professional with Honoka to being a drunken poet, there is something just terribly fitting for the pillar of a woman to become Ichitaiyo's place onto and her home made person.

And your particular RP style just brings the wit out of me, as a dance of words went around the two at all times, with short swift posts, like the footwork of a tango. I hope I bring something cool outta you too!

Here's to headcanoning and after-RP what happens after!

Full disclosure, I had made that scene actually in hopes to get at least maybe one of the newer players I hadn’t interacted with in but generally open to whoever stopped by. So I was very successful in that regard. The previous week had been pretty rough for me, I needed a creative outlet and actually get into the game.

So thank you very much for having Ichitaiyo come into that open bar scene. It made this a very memorable experience for me.

Thank you for joining us and playing Banner once more! You're one of the OGs, having played all 5 Banner games! :o

Happy to have you as a local in the game, really added to the vibe. Nagisa's shop is a hidden-away place in Upper Nakahama City, but it does have a lot of heart! The little shop that could! The old magistrate investigation was late, but I was hoping to have Nagisa stand by her handwork and potentially do some wrecked car investigations! Oh, and the kidnapping! It worked out very well that Nagisa was involved. While she could get out fine, she did much to get the other characters out!

However, it seemed that this Nagisa was capable of far more than we could have ever imagined! Who would have thought that Nagisa would be capable of such evil? A blight on the island! Nobody expected someone from the Crab to exploit their own Clan members, driving wherever she wanted, all while having her own band of armed marines and mercenaries!

Oh, wait, sorry, that's the other Nagisa! Sorry!

Despite the kidnapping, the follow-up temple shootout and internal corruption, does Nagisa still feel the way she does about the island?

I’m glad to have played in all Banner games! Thank you for running this one, it’s been a blast.

Honestly, yeah, she feels the same way. This is her home, no matter what this is the place she was raised. And things have started to get sorted out!

It would have been interesting if the investigation went that direction but I like how it went! Gave some of the others the spotlight. I kind of had my fill of it with the kidnapping stuff!
