The second dish. With time of the essence, the team used a pressure cooker to attempt to quickly braise the tough cut of meat, but unfortunately, it was difficult for the judges to enjoy. Luck simply was not on their side. "Braised Oxen Short Rib, served with a pungent anchovy and caper seasoned tomato sauce, foraged yamagobo, and microgreens. The oxen was braised in Shinseiki Dark Lager, to accentuate the earthiness of the dish."

That's worth at least twenty more Cuisine Points, right? XD

The brakes refused to obey as the car would seemingly descend to the bottom of the mountain. However, he would eventually be able to stop his vehicle, but not voluntarily, when the downhill path was halted when his car abruptly met a tree.
