She takes the beer from Taraka, twisting the top off before answering Haruhi, "Absolutely, everyone is welcome to visit," She offers a smile to Taraka and Isuki, "and to visit again. It's pleasant talking a bit of shop on slow days."

Her smile remains at the mention of Golden Mirror, though it's a bit stiffer. "Golden Mirror does an admirable job of showcasing the most beautiful elements of our history. It's safe to say we can do very accurate historical repairs. My thread's all from home, so real Rokugani-raised silkworms made it." That part is honestly quite earnest. Hitomi has *opinions* about the silk made almost anywhere else with mulberry trees or worms bioengineered for their new worlds.

But back to organizing! She nods to Itsuka. "I'd be glad to swap hosting duties around." Lifting a sleeve to veil her face slightly for...one of those communicating in secret powers...she'll add, "keep our enemies guessing where we are! Harder to track us, that way, yes?" Her eyes laugh at the momentary dip into character. It's a bit like court, carrying two meanings on one conversation.

"Oh! Are you from Rokugan?" Her tone expressed awe. The holy homeworld!

"How frequently should we meet? I'd be happy to help in any way. I could bring snacks. Take a turn hosting. Anything that's helpful."

Hitomi nods then grins, "9 out of 10 Sparrow you ever meet will be. But I suspect a majority of samurai can get through their lives without ever meeting one."

At the question, she raises an eybrow at Takara and Itsuka, "I get the impression you two have been playing before all this. What's usual?"

[Yasuki Taraka]

Taraka smiled a bit ruefully at the question.

"It seems like the older we get, the harder it is to meet frequently. Before gempukku some met nightly. Which shifted to weekly, then bimonthly, now some only get away to play once a month if they're lucky. Games are fun, but Duty does take up so much of our time in this world." she explained.

[Utaku Itsuka]

The momentary dip into character by Hitomi brings a weak smile to Itsuka's lips. One that's oddly paired with a slight hint of sadness in her eyes - nostalgia, maybe? - quickly shaken off.

"We.... I... used to play whenever we..." she stops halfway through, shakes her head again. "It varied, really, back then. At least once per week in some months, but then at times I kept away for a few months... but I tried to keep going at least once per month. The last few years, though... I was almost completely away from the scene until Beatorisu came back." She turns to Taraka. "Things were rather quiet in the rebellion this last year... weren't they?"

She wasn't quite sure, of course. She'd only been to few meetings - six? four? three...? And then in some of them she left soon, almost unseen (Creep helping, of course), as it didn't feel quite the same.

But maybe she was right and things were actually quiet?

"We... could try to keep things going weekly? An... effort of sorts. Maybe try for one meeting next week?"

Which would still be while most of the visitors were on the island. An opportunity for recruitment and far-reaching contacts for the nightshade, maybe?
